Does Joy Lab offer any in-person programming?

Is this a group program or an individual program?

Yes! We know, that seems like an unhelpful answer, but it's true! Joy Lab is actually the best of both approaches. The materials at Joy Lab are self-guided, though we all move through the same Element of Joy each month (e.g. curiosity in June or compassion in October) with the goal of completing all four experiments by the end of the month. We encourage folks to move through one experiment each week... but life happens and you can adjust. We have discussion spaces (aka Element Circles) and peer support that shows up throughout the program, but you're in charge of the amount of interaction and group support that fits you best at any given time (we feel you, introverts!). You have access to all of the Element materials for that month until the last day of the month (11:45 pm CT).

We'll deliver joy to your inbox!
